Best Ice Cream In The Business better than Hagen daz. Sales Help
2
* Cleary we lack sales heavily on the week-days * On these days we lose money * The following presentation will help transform our sales to a level where profits are made daily.
4
* “Obviously” our sales are lowest on Thursdays * Hence on Thursdays it is assumed that we lose money * Also we have low sales on Monday and Tuesday * On Saturdays, our sales skyrocket * We are doing pretty good on Fridays and Sundays
5
* Relocating may help but may be expensive * On these “bad days” a sale may motivate customers to come out and buy * New flavors might arouse the customers curiosity to buy, but if the chosen flavor doesn't taste good………… * Changing our “bad day” hours until after school so the kids can buy may be a major money maker
6
* Relocate to a different place * Have happy hours and sales on bad days * Sell new ice cream (new flavors) * Change our hours to accommodate children's school hours * Decrease prices * Close on lose-sale days
7
* Dropping prices may bring out the buyers but we might not make back the money dropped * Closing on the “bad days” may not decrease our profits or increase them
8
* I think that having a sale on weekdays is a great idea because the customers might turn up and with this large turnout our profit maybe more than ever on weekdays. * I like the idea of changing our hours because our main target is the children and our hours may not be suited to them
9
* Dear board, it is recommended by your financial advisor, Zion Albert that you: * A: Have a sale on weekdays * B: Change hours to suit school times
10
* Thank You For Your Time
