1 NEGS Geosphere Production and processing of raw materials at the kaolin, feldspar and quartz field in Northern Kazakhstan. Bissembaevskoye Deposit.

2 Bissembaevskoye Project
The goal: to attract representatives of Turkish business for collaborative production of feldspar, kaolin and quartz basing on resources of the deposit in Kazakhstan. Project objective: supply of feldspar, quartz and kaolin raw materials. Construction of processing facilities for production of feldspar, quartz and kaolin concentrates. Spheres of application: ceramic, porcelain, construction, glass and metallurgy industries Location: Bissembaevskoye Deposit. Northern Kazakhstan, Kostanai region. The field is composed of 5 ore deposits located on the area of 408 km2 . Subsoil use contract: The long-term Contract for exploration and mining between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and NEGS Geosphera LLP (Astana, Kazakhstan). Confirmed commercial reserves: - Deposit No. 5: million tons of ore. -Reserve increment potential after the additional exploration: more than mln. tons of ore NEGS Geosphere

3 Location of the deposit
The Bissembaevskoe deposit is located in Kostanay region of Northern Kazakhstan. The project area is contained within the geographic coordinates 52°27-52°36N and 61°15-61°25E. Infrastructuire Availability of a sufficient quantity of graded and asphalt roads, a railway station 35 km away from the field, power transmission lines with sufficient free capacities, and natural water resources. Availability of neighboring towns and rural settlements having labor resources and developed infrastructure. NEGS Geosphere

4 Project Development Current state of the project:
completion of exploration of the deposit No.5 and confirmation of commercial ore reserves. The volume of the confirmed commercial ore reserves (193.9 mln. tons) is sufficient of operation for a period of up to 100 years; independent laboratory research studies of the chemical and mineral ore compositions have been performed for the industrial production (UralMechanobr, Russia and Minerali Industriali, Italy); the process procedure has been developed for ore processing and production of concentrates from fieldspar, quartz and kaolin product (UralMechanobr, Russia). 5 Project Development Mining Features
The deposit is classified as the 2nd group of complexity per its geological composition. In general the productive barks are covered by 2-7 meters layer of quaternary loams and off grade deposits of weathering crusts of microcline granites. The mining method is open pit with no blasting and drilling works required. Stripping ratio at the pit is 0.3 m3/t. The raw material allows to minimize crushing process. The life of the project is exceeding 100 years. The stockpiles of rich tails contain extractable grade of rare and noble metals. The extraction is possible if a suitable technology is applied.
