2  A couple key events in this time period was Roman men were very well trained soldiers. Also Romans gradually took over Italy's peninsula.  A positive event in ancient Rome was there was a treaty to stop war.  A negative event in ancient Rome was Gaul’s once destroyed

4  A key event in ancient Rome at the time period was when they fought the Punic War.  A positive effect was Rome wanted peace between them.  A negative effect was the war in North Africa.

6  A key event is Caesar gave work to the Romans.  A positive effect is Caesar gave jobs to tons of people.  A negative effect is a group of people killed Caesar because they thought they were saving the republic.

7  A key event was Pax Roma means roman peace.  A positive effect was peace because there was a lot of wars.  A negative effect was Augustus because 1 rebellion took 100,000 soldiers to put Roman men down.
