2. 1 When you first start, the Front Covers of the magazines will be displayed.

3. 2 You can browse an issue or use the Index to find an article of interest. We will start by browsing an issue.

4. 3 Point and Click on a Front Cover of an issue to see a full page view of it.

5. 4 This is the front cover. Use the Page Down key to view the next page.

6. 5 This is the first page of the magazine. Use the Page Up and Page Down keys to navigate.

7. 6 Press the and + key to make the page larger. To make the page smaller, use the and – keys.

8. 7 Use the Up and Down Arrow keys to scroll up and down.

9. 8 To Print a page, click on the printer.

10. 9 Be sure to select “Current Page”, otherwise it will print the whole magazine!

11. 10 Use the Arrows at the bottom of the page to quickly go to the beginning or end of the magazine.

12. 11 The Arrows on the right side of the bottom control Previous Views and Next Views

13. 12 To search for a word or phrase in all issues, click on the binocular icon.

14. 13 Use Advanced Search Options by clicking in the link at the bottom right.

15. 14 Click on “Select Index” to make sure the complete index is available. A window will open to select the index.

16. 15 Type the word or phrase and press.

17. 16 The results will be displayed with the issue that has most occurrences at the top of the list.

18. 17 Pages at the left have the search text highlighted.

19. 18 We have now completed a look at the display and search. Now we are going to look at the Index.

20. 19 This is the Cumulative Index. When you find what you are looking for, simply click on a red box to go to the selection.

21. 20 The selected article will be displayed. Use the arrows at the bottom right to go back to the index.
