Distribution of information (text, image, video,) is easy, swift and instant.
Library patron can give, share his/her comment, review and ask any query.

A Library can inquire their patron about Facebook account information, while they are providing other information at the time of taking registration in library or taking admission in the specific organization. So friend request can be sent by library to patrons. It may also be right to display a poster in library showing “your library is on Facebook” that provide Facebook address of library. After becoming the friend of library account on Facebook, a clientele can obtain useful information.

Text:- “Thought of the day” series , some important hyperlink, electronic resources of library, useful article, record of new arrival books, list of overdue books, information regarding workshop, seminar, conference.

Video:- Video of orientation of library, library tour, OPAC, subject related video lecture.

7. IMPLEMENTATION OF FACEBOOK IN LIBRARY
NOTIFICATIONS
In Facebook when anyone will comment or share on some of your post, a notification will be sent to you by mail. It may be a comment or sharing of ideas. Notifications also send when a friend add something on his account.
By notifications library patron can comment on library services. They can share relevant information regarding any book of library. They can ask questions about library collection, library timing, and particulars of overdue charges.
