Windsor and District Soccer League On-Line Game Reporting Instructions 2014 Season

STEP 1: Enter your log-in information and click on “Log In” button. STEP 2: Click on ‘My Team’ button - located near the top of the website.

STEP 3: Click on ‘Game Report’ button - located on the left side of the website.

STEP 4: 1. Check-off the “circle” on the left side of the game that you wish to submit a report for. Note that the illustration on this page has only one line/game. If you forget to report some of your games on time, you may see more than one line; thus, you should report all of those games! 2.Click on the “arrow” to display the drop-down box. 3.Click on one of the three options to select the status of the game. 4.Click on the “Next >” button to proceed to next step.

STEP 5: 1. Enter the score for each team. Note that in this illustration, the score box on the left side belongs to W. Wheels; right side is for Tecumseh. NOTE: Scores for U8, U9, U10 and U11 must be reported as 0 - 0 2.Enter the number of yellow cards your team has received. 3. Enter the number of red cards your teams has received. 4.Enter the names of any “playing-up/house-league”, “TPF” or “TRP” players that you may have used during this game. 5. Click on the “Next >” button to proceed to next step.

STEP 6: 1. Click on the “arrow” to display the drop-down box. Select the name of your player(s) that scored a goal(s) in this game. 2.Click on the “arrow” to display the drop-down box. Select the name of your player(s) that received a yellow card(s) in this game. 3. Click on the “arrow” to display the drop-down box. Select the name of your player(s) that received a red card(s) in this game. 5. Click on the “Next >” button to proceed to next step.

STEP 7: 1. Verify the information on the screen to ensure that this is the correct information. 2. Click on the “Submit” button to proceed to next step. Note: If you made a mistake in any of these steps, you can go back by clicking on the “back” button on your browser or by pressing “Backspace” on your keyboard.

1. Once your click on the “Submit” button, you should get a message saying; “Thank you; your game report has been submitted.” Once you get this message, your are done! Note: Reporting false information to the league will result in a fine. The game sheets are “official” reports and whatever is on the game sheets must be reported to the league. If the referee has made a mistake, please consult him/her about it after the game. If you do not consult him/her, you must enter the information that he has written on the game sheet.
