ROLE OF THE TASK FORCE ORIGINALLY, ESTABLISHED IN THE CONTEXT OF THE NEEDS ASSESSMENT. HOWEVER, THE ROLE OF THE TASK FORCE IS NOW WIDER: Monitor multilateral, bilateral trade facilitation negotiations; Monitor the implementation of the Agreement on Trade Facilitation; Support border reforms and modernization activities.

Do not call too many meetings! People are busy; Do not call too little! You loose momentum; Call necessary meetings & provide a draft agenda; Smaller meetings of specific agencies; Give sufficient time to review documents for meetings; STRICT deadlines.
