2. Click on the Office Button Click on the “Office Button” in the top left corner of the screen. Select “Save As” (Do not select any options on the right)

3. Select “Computer” from the Left The window on the right appears. Using the horizontal scroll bar, scroll down until you see “computer”

4. Double-Click on your H:Drive Click on “Computer” and look for your “H:Drive” which is your username followed by: (\\ins-fs1\home)(H:) Double-Click on your “H:Drive” to open it up.

5. Enter the File Name and Click Save You should now be looking at the contents of your H:Drive and it should show your username and H:Drive location in the address bar. Enter the name of the file you are saving in the Filename box. Click the “Save” button.
