4. Naytahwaush School moved from 2 nd lowest performing school in MN to the middle to become a Celebration School. Increases in proficiency in both reading and math occurred over the past year due to active and intentional management of the school improvement process. The Multiple Measurements Rating went from 4 percent to 56 percent in 2013. The percentage of Native American students at Naytahwaush who are considered proficient on Minnesota state accountability assessments increased by nearly 15 percent in one year.
