9. Evaluate Instructional Strategies How effective was the previous year(s) instruction? Did the change in curriculum or text books make a difference? Did I over emphasize a previous weak area for my students? Using the Test Results in DSL, you can study the impact of your instruction and changes made. Combining the data presented with your knowledge of the ability level of your students, alterations in your instruction, and other external factors, you can get a good idea of what is working and not working. Each subsequent year, you can refine your instruction then reevaluate the effectiveness of the changes made.
