TracDat Assessment Management System provides feedback loop for continual improvement of learning design using WIDS. iWebfolio electronic portfolio system presents evidence of individual’s learning and professional experience.

Let’s take a look at iWebfolio.
9
Present evidence of student learning. Artifacts Reflections Self Assessment Establish measures on which to base feedback. Rubrics Checklists Provide feedback to students. Inform assessment of student learning and continual improvement process.
10
Let’s take a look at iWebfolio. Portfolio owner (typically student or faculty member) Present evidence of competence. Learning Experience Performance Build unlimited number of portfolios (learning focused, career/placement, performance, etc.) Control access to each portfolio. Store artifacts and portfolios in secure, safe, hosted environment. Maintain as life-long tool that is transportable.
11
Let’s take a look at iWebfolio. Portfolio Reviewer (ex. faculty member) Work within a consistent framework for assessing learning outcomes at the program and/or course level. Review, rate, and provide feedback to portfolio owners. Develop templates and rubrics or checklists. Extract assessment data. Generate reports.
12
Let’s take a look at iWebfolio. Portfolio Institution (ex. college) Provide a consistent framework for assessing exit learning outcomes. Manage reviewer accounts. Manage portfolio templates. Incorporate into the Institutional Effectiveness process. View current employees’ documentation of competence.
13
Let’s take a look at TracDat.
14
Establish outcomes (organization, unit/department, learning). Build assessment plans. Observe and reflect on data about results. Attach sample results data to document/substantiate observations and reflections. Propose remedies (intervention activities). Record and report on continual improvement cycle.

Sample TracDat Assessment Plan WIDS Demo College Focuses on six key program quality indicators. Incorporates WTCS Scorecard data. Provides manageable assessment plan. Complements work that is done in WIDS, while minimizing overlap. Offers a consistent approach for WTCS. Allows for individual colleges to customize.
