Conclusion MDGs have been and are fulfilling a unique advocacy and mobilising role But they are not everything –Whole areas of the economy missing – focus on social –Cannot rely on just a few high-level indicators –Need to adapt to country context But more deeply a changing world calls for changing response Changing response, nationally, regionally, and globally –MDG+ or beyond the MDGs… But prepare yourself for the debate as we get closer to 2015
