How do I Get a Job?? Visit www.edgewood.edu/financial/studentemployment/ to review the job requirements and descriptions for currently open student employment positions.

Applying for Positions Select one or more positions of interest and complete the job applications online.

Application Follow Up Supervisors will contact you directly regarding their hiring timelines and interview schedules If you don’t hear back from a supervisor, please feel free to get back in touch with them

Now That You are Hired You will receive a letter confirming your employment with the College Go to the Social Security Administration Office to apply for a Social Security Card Social Security Administration 6011 Odana Road Madison, WI 53719 Click here for map https://s044a90.ssa.gov/apps6z/FOLO/Controllerhttps://s044a90.ssa.gov/apps6z/FOLO/Controller In approximately 10 business days you will receive your Social Security Card Financial Aid Office will send new hire paperwork link by email or you can visit: (http://employment.edgewood.edu/studentpaperwork.htm)http://employment.edgewood.edu/studentpaperwork.htm Complete, print and sign ALL documents. -return with ID ( Drivers License and ORIGINAL Social Security Card or your passport)* to the Financial Aid Office in DeRicci 210 before you begin working ***include a voided check for Direct Deposit*** *See page 2 of the I-9 verification form for other acceptable documentation*

General Information US citizens and Immigrants can earn up to $2000 per academic year International ( F-1 and J-1 visa holders) Students can earn up to $4000 per academic year Paid monthly at $7 an hour This money may be used at your discretion and is not automatically applied to your student account
