5 After putting away his pride, Naaman followed the instructions of the prophet Elisha and he was cured of his leprosy. Adventist Youth Ministry-Caribbean Union Conference

6 Although she was bound by force in a strange land and made a servant, she still went beyond her slave duties and helped Naaman, the man who led the army that took her captive. Adventist Youth Ministry-Caribbean Union Conference

7 Matthew 7: 13, 14 Enter ye in at the strait gate; for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, which leadeth to destruction, and many there be that which go in thereat: because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it. 12 When situations present themselves, we need to remember that we will not be held captive by them. Adventist Youth Ministry-Caribbean Union Conference

13 Jesus has freed us from all our “situations. ” Adventist Youth Ministry-Caribbean Union Conference

14 We must always portray Jesus’ characteristics: Love, truthfulness, honesty, kindness and courtesy inspite of our situation. Let us lift up the name of Jesus for God is good to us all the time. Adventist Youth Ministry-Caribbean Union Conference

15 Morality is only possible if we have a close relationship with Jesus and keep our eyes on the prize. Adventist Youth Ministry-Caribbean Union Conference

16 The pressures of the Devil – peer pressure, economic pressure, and worldly attainments are so intense that from the time we take our eyes off Jesus, he will defeat us. Adventist Youth Ministry-Caribbean Union Conference

17 “The greatest want of the world, is the want of men – men who will not be bought or sold, men who in their inmost souls are true and honest, men who do not fear to call sin by its right name, men whose conscience is as true to duty as the needle to the pole, men who will stand for the right though the heavens fall.” Adventist Youth Ministry-Caribbean Union Conference
