2. WHAT IS OCCURRING? Yersinia pestis bacteria outbreak: what is also known as the “Black Death” Accelerated spread across cities and states Life threatening symptoms are causing severe health issues once the body has been infected with Yersinia pestis Infected bodies are becoming uncontrollable, mental states are being lost
