Conferences in 2013 in Europe with IEEE booth globally about 20 + in-site applications + uncertain number on-line after => “Attraction Rate” ~ 2.5 % on-site ( = IEEE applications / conference = 20/800) ANIMMA – Nuclear and HEP Instrumentation, Marseilles, France 400 Attendees  9 + new members 40 Undergraduate + Graduate Students adressed in 10 small groups RADECS – Radiation Effects & hardening, Oxford, UK 420 Attendees  11 + new members  including 8 graduate students (UK and France) Dora Merelli+Tony Lavietes, Christoph Ilgner, Patrick Le Dû + J-Luc Leray
