It allows to assess the radiation doses in a 3D environment and to compare different work scenarios

21. © SCKCEN Academy Decommissioning of nuclear installations European pilot project: decommissioning of BR3 SCKCEN succeeded at developing the best approaches for the optimisation of dismantling, decontamination and decommissioning techniques and processes (including the restoration of nuclear sites to so-called 'green fields‘, the realistic assessment of costs, and the development of techniques for minimisation of secondary waste and minimisation of radiation doses to the personnel) Courses for dismantling project managers, safety engineers, health physicists, decontamination and dismantling operators, but also governmental and regulatory bodies dealing with decommissioning
