6 Key to the Future  The Admissions Officer can discover how you think and what is important to you from the essay  A person who helps decide whom to admit to a college  Get guidance in advance if you are not a good writer  Write a draft, edit it, put it aside for a day or two and then look at it again Chapter 4, Lesson 4

7 Key to the Future  Evaluate a significant experience, achievement, or risk that you have taken and its impact on you.  Discuss some issue of personal, local, or national concern and its importance to you.  Indicate a person who has had a significant influence on you, and describe that influence. The retention rate?  Are most classes taught by professors or by teaching assistants?  What housing options are available?
