Induction Program ◦ New members with a focus on CASS Leadership Dimensions and CASS Framework for School System success Mentorship Program ◦ Training and ongoing support, including 3 meetings per year ◦ Just in-time and networked support Leadership Learning Networks ◦ Oct 27/28 Simon Breakspear (systems can embrace change, adapt, & innovate) ◦ Jan 28/30 Viviane Robinson (impact of leadership & student outcomes) ◦ Systemic focus..
