13 AC AND G IFTED If your child has previously qualified for the gifted program, these AC classes may be used as some or all of their required gifted program time and may replace some or all pull-out classes.

14 A PPLICATION P ROCESS Please complete the application at http://goo.gl/forms/JD0YDLiW9C no later than Wednesday, May 13th. http://goo.gl/forms/JD0YDLiW9C Once all applications are received, Students will be asked to complete a written application and motivation reviewed by a selection committee and a very thorough and objective review of all data is completed, student lists will be determined. Students may qualify for 0, 1, or 2 AC classes for next school year. We will notify you of our decision with a letter in your child’s final report card.

15 A PPLICATION P ROCESS Considerations & Non-Considerations: All decisions are based on data and are final. Students who are new to the school for the 2015-2016 school year may become eligible if sufficient data places the student above the cutoff for accepted students. Students who agree to participate in an AC class will remain in the class all year. (Additional support in the AC class will be provided as needed.) Previous participation in an AC class is not a factor in determining acceptance. Participation in the gifted program does not contribute to the selection criteria.
