Review Objectives
This is a Science Operations Center Data Management Subsystem review for Components defined by Requirements
Review focus for Year 3 concentrated areas of design effort:
Build 2 developed component functional sets (SDR2 design)
Science Data Processing, Calibration
Build 3 design efforts: Engineering Database, Archive Catalog, Distribution, and Ingest
DMS Systems status for Ground Segment Support
Ensure that the design satisfies the L4 requirements for delivered systems (DMS I&T)
Ensure that means have been established to implement the next cycle of requirements
Ensure that software quality assurance plans are in place
Risks are identified

6. Comments and RFA Process
All participants are welcome to provide comments on the design.
The Board will review all of the comments and for each comment that is regarded as having significant impact, the board will generate an RFA (Request for Action).
Each RFA will be tracked (from creation through closure).
The status of all RFAs will be reported at the next DMS Design Review.
Comments will be provided to the DMS team for consideration at their discretion.
