Some consumers will need a thought out place to be at their best and to learn skills.

Interviews with “yes” or “no” responses. Focus may be on the overall experience They predict success or failure.

There is no pass or fail documentation or discussion of the experience It does not predict or use predicting measures. There is no check list or numerical rating. It empowers the applicant, family, and counselor with information & decision making for future experiences or career direction

Interests: An area of interest the person prefers to spend their time doing or with, such as working with people, cooking, or cars. This is the motivator to go to work. Contributions: activities, skills, knowledge, and behaviors an employer might need, such as keeps up with people, detailed, willing to assist.
