PLANNING, MONITORING AND EVALUATION  basic planning of PO activities based on analysis of members  Planning is done specifically (who, what, when) and monitored  monitoring and evaluation are fed back in adjustment of plans and strategies  longer and mid term strategies are developed, monitored and evaluated based on PO performance and assessment opportunities. 7.
