Priorities: Retain and recruit members Raise visibility, understanding among producers & industry Increased visibility of NACS to augment legislative efforts Strengthen position with the Administration

Aim = 100% Membership of new hires “All for one and one for all. United we stand, divided we fall.” Alexander Dumas Why are you a member? Why stay? Discuss the momentum of membership What are the barriers to full membership? (Cost, time, info?) What are the benefits of full membership?

Link In = Outreach to every potential member. Whom do we need to reach? How do we reach them all? Who are the most likely influencers? How do we engage the most influential members to do outreach? (Training and materials)

Love NACS = Explain the benefits What are the benefits of being in NACS? Can we improve benefits? Can we reduce barriers? How do we best sell NACS membership? (Networking, career enhancement, great mission, terrific benefits and lifetime employment)

Involve = Ownership How do we cultivate an environment of inclusion? (Listen) How do we meet the needs and interests of new members? How do we encourage them to take ownership of NACS?

Now What? = Timetable What do we need to do first? (Membership campaign?) Agree on approach to current and new members Prioritize and assign tasks Set deadlines
