What is Intrinsic Motivation? Intrinsic- innate or within Motivation- stimulation or drive Motivated by Internal Factors

Internal desire to perform a particular task You are involved in doing something because you get satisfaction from doing it. When you are intrinsically motivated, you do not need incentives or punishments, because the activity itself is rewarding Intrinsic Motivation
