Community Referral Pathway

Recovery Hub Workers refer to the Recovery Hub when they have finished Structured treatment, or they are stable on medication and looking to move on. Peer Mentors – offer support and motivation to clients at all stages of recovery Mentors facilitate Introductory Coffee Groups at beginning of the treatment stage Mentors offer Phone and 1-1 Support throughout treatment journey The Recovery Hub runs sports teams, a Music Group and sponsors SMART Recovery Groups. Peer Mentor Education Courses

Psychosocial Interventions Psychosocial Interventions assist in changing maladaptive thought processes and promoting positive behaviour change. To do this interventions are designed to empower and motivate individuals to achieve their recovery goals providing them with the necessary knowledge and practical tools. Psychosocial Interventions are the psychological and therapeutic component within the treatment system and assist recovery alongside pharmacological treatments.
