2. Institutional Goals: Our institutional goals are focused on teaching students to become lifelong learners, global citizens, and committed to the mission of Jesus through their craft. Without getting into the minutia, the effectiveness of the campus is directly connected to the quality of professor/instructors and the environments that students will experience.

Instructional Goals: We are looking to hire site instructors that possess an earned master’s degree with a minimum of 18 hours in a teaching discipline for undergraduate programs and more advanced credentials for teaching at the terminal levels. We are looking for those capable of teaching online, traditional and emerging formats to offer our students the greatest flexibility to complete course work.

4. Instructional Goals: We can use main campus instructors but have great desire to utilize Ohio leaders in this vain. These leaders, regardless of teaching discipline, will have to sign a faith statement along with meeting the educational and theological criteria of the partner school, completing its vetting and orientation process, as well as receiving approval from the Branch Campus.

6. Timeline: If a partner is selected sometime by the end of the year, the possibility for launching programs in the Fall of 2016 is at about 20%. A likely launch would be Fall of 2017.

Instructor Qualifications: QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Master’s degree and has earned a minimum of 18 semester or equivalent hours of coursework in the area of their teaching discipline Ph.D. and Doctoral candidates would be able to teach at the graduate level Excellent communication, organizational and computer skills Proficiency in teaching methodology, supervision, and classroom management Demonstrate a professional and positive attitude

Instructor Qualifications: REQUIREMENTS: Excellent oral, written, and personal communication skills Must be people oriented and willing to champion the program in its early stages Good computer software skills – Microsoft Office Suite-Word, Excel, etc., Outlook E-mail and Calendar, Online Tools, and strong Internet familiarity Preference for experience teaching at the college level Interest in and passion for Christ-centered higher education Meeting approval with the theological criteria of the partner school
