Why a Survey? To better understand the needs and wants in the TownCreek Community. To quantify the needs in the community – DATA! THE GOAL: is to use this data to create a community action plan to help address the challenges, found in the survey, through community programing. BHO 8/31/2015

Community Survey Info Began Community Survey in October 2014. TownCreek Vision distributed 300 surveys in churches and at community center. TownCreek had a community action day and passed out surveys. TownCreek Vision collected surveys in May 2015. 68 surveys were collected. 23% completion rate. Average completion rate is between 10% - 15%. BHO 8/31/2015
