Status of Tools (webSAS) Change Order #22 (universal competing path activation) was completed in AUG 08

Plan Revision *WECC-0043 Drafting Team is moving along, trying for monthly activity, alternating conference calls with face- to-face meetings. *Last met Sept 19 th to refine issues & scope and set goals and dates, next meet Nov 19 th & 20 th *The WECC document project will require the revised Plan be put into the newly created WECC document categories. So, major changes to appearance, even for things not proposed for revision. *Issue Teams are progressing.

USFDT Plan Revision Issue Teams 1-Philosophical - (curtail in transmission priority, curtailment on path for modified accommodation, etc) 2-Mechanical - improve TDF accuracy (WWSM tie in etc), curtailment processes 3-Applicability (- expand Q Paths? - split COPS & curtailments? 4-Dues - A-how to split program costs (status quo; UF causality; load pro-rata (regular Assessment formula) & B-how to bill (still separate or with Assessments) 5-Reformat (new WECC doc categories: Standards, Policies, Criteria, Guidelines)

Path status Path 20 OC voted in June to disqualify if no call for relief by Sept 15 th. No calls made, Path 20 was DQed on Sept 16 th.

Op Stats for 2008 (PY14) as of 14 SEP 08 1120 hours on the Phase Shifters (COPS) 460 hours schedule curtailments P66 & P23 most active (870 & 167 hours) 2.4 to 1 ratio (fair)
