Who should keep the original documents / invoices? With regard to the filing of expenses and supporting documents, the section 2.6 Checks and Audits of the Project Handbook provides instructions, stating that : "The filing system of all documents relating to the project should be organised from the start of the project and all accounting documents should be duly classified. The coordinator (Greifswald) should keep all original justifying documents related to his own institution and a (certified) copy of all justifying documents from all partners/co-beneficiaries. Each partner should keep its own original documents." That means, please provide us with a justified copy of all your invoices for our filing system. Accounting

Topic sheets CEFR SEAGULL GRAMMAR Language course SPEECH ACTSVOCABULARY

Topic sheets Provide topic ideas which are interesting enough to talk about Provide example sentences with key words and included grammar appropriate to the language level (CEFR) Provide additional interview questions to extend the conversation Topic sheets

Examples of TS - not very good : Topic sheets Grammar explanation doesn’t provoke any dialogue.

No dialogue, the native speaker just says: Yes, right. or No, wrong. Topic sheets

Too difficult. The learner needs a talent for imagination, also for a native speaker could that be quite challenging. Topic sheets

Examples of TS – better versions:

Topic sheets

Example grid for German B1 Objective: brief overview for students of what can be learnt in this section (for A1 and A2 in English?, for B1 and B2 in the target language) Content: Topic, Communicative skills, Grammar Better not: word or phrase list (too long) Any comments?

Handout Provide additional dialogue ideas, mark them as easier or more difficult, when necessary Provide short grammatical explanation when useful for native speaker Name grammatical phenomena to enable learners to search for grammatical explanation later on Suggest if possible for specific tasks: Where could the feedback of the native speaking partner be focused on? Handouts

Quality plan Keep track of your project participation in a reflective way: - Change the plan when ever necessary (31.03.2014) - First copy needed for the mid term report (31.03.2014)

Anything else? We would like to open a model course with a example topic sheet + the handout from different languages. Could you please provide us with an example (whatever language level)?
