Baku, 2014 BRIEF INFORMATION ABOUT THE INSTITUTE OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP & SERVICE OF TAJIKISTAN:. THE ROLE OF TIES WITHIN THE COUNTRY: As an institute of a new time and type the TIES has made a great contribution to the reform of higher education system in Tajikistan by preparing highly qualified professionals of various specialties meeting the demand of growing market economy. During 24 years of functioning TIES has trained more than 8 thousand specialists in the sphere of economy, finance, banking, information sciences, audit, customs services, tourism and hospitality and others. As an independent institution TIES has rallied best well-known professors of the country providing them good working conditions. Compared to most higher schools of the country TIES provides better quality education as it favors not only better professors, but also more sophisticated modern computer technologies, well equipped computer classrooms and laboratories and a rich e-library connected to Internet. It’s necessary to emphasize that accession of Tajikistan to the countries of Bologna Declaration and the task of development of higher education system in accordance with the international standards and norms requires to ensure the quality of study programs. The Quality of study programs is certainly one of the objectives of the Bologna process

Bishkek, 2015 THE STRATEGIC IMPACT OF PROJECT RESULTS (DOQUP MODEL) AT THE TAJIK INSTITUTE OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND SERVICE 350023 8 45 5 One of the strategic steps towards internationalization at the TIES was made in 2007 by introducing the credit system of education and joining the Bologna process. Currently TIES enrolls more than 3500 Bachelor degree students in 23 specialties, 260 Master degree students in 8 specialties and 45 postgraduate students and researchers in 5 specialties.

Bishkek, 2015 TAJIK INSTITUTE OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND SERVICE For DOQUP model we had chosen the specialty of “Tourism and hospitality” for bachelor and master degree. So we have identified information and implement to the software. 1-890101 – “Tourism and hospitality” (Bachelor degree) 1-890101 – “Tourism and hospitality” (Bachelor degree) 1-890101 – “Tourism and hospitality” (Master degree) 1-890101 – “Tourism and hospitality” (Master degree) Now the issue of quality assurance at the TIES is a number one priority in all aspects of the educational process. For solving this issue, helps us the DoQuP project. Because the main focus of it - is the definition and implementation of an on-line documentation system for the quality assurance of study programs.

Bishkek, 2015 STRATEGIC IMPACT OF THE PROJECT First of all, during this period, by the administration of the Institute and responsible persons were prepared several documents to ensure the quality of study programs in accordance with the software. There was revised Regulations on the education quality management and the Regulations on the Education Quality Management Department. Besides, there were involved five experts from the leading experts for monitoring of the education quality and organization of online documentation. Complex of normative-methodological documents stipulating the content, technologies, methods and means of the work conducted by all persons concerned, including teachers and students with a view of improving the quality of the education process and the professional competence of the graduates of TIES were prepared.

Bishkek, 2015 TAJIK INSTITUTE OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND SERVICE There is implementing University management of information system (UMIS) at the TIES and DoQuP project give us an opportunity to provide online documentation for this system. As well as the project helps us compare SPs of different partner universities and to improve our SPs. Also software can be used by different groups: students, teachers and employers, etc.

Bishkek, 2015 STRATEGIC IMPACT OF THE PROJECT The project give us an opportunity to organize on- line documentation in such directions as «Educational needs of the labor market», «Comparison with learning outcomes of other SPs of the same typology», «Management system of the study program», «Employers opinion on the graduates education», «Policy for quality assurance», «Service for the students international mobility», «Partnership for carrying out International mobility periods» etc.

Bishkek, 2015 SOME STEPS OF OR THE STUDENTS INTERNATIONAL MOBILITY It’s necessary to emphasize that according the «Service for the students international mobility», «Partnership for carrying out International mobility periods» were made some steps. TIES by another Tempus project "Development and improvement of the University Administration on International Affairs" (UNIVIA) 543893-TEMPUS-1-2013- 1-AZ-TEMPUS-SMGR made some steps towards Internationalization. As a result more than twenty professionals on tourism and hospitality from Great Britain, China, Japan, New Zealand, Indonesia and the USA visited the TIES conducting master classes for students and the staff of the tourism department on various issues of tourism and hospitality. Four teachers from Holland and Great Britain worked at the Department of Tourism for a year.

Bishkek, 2015 ****** So the DoQuP program give us an opportunity to define the standards for QA and requirements for quality of study programs. Also, to identify information and implement to the software for their on-line management.
