What is Supported Employment? Supported Employment helps people with mental illnesses find regular jobs of their choice with individualized and continual support. The Supported Employment program is an evidence- based practice that is also often referred to as the IPS model (Individual Placement and Support).

Employment Assistance We aim to help individuals find and maintain employment. For each person to capitalize on personal strengths. Provide assistance as necessary to be successful at work. Examples – Finding a job – Updating resumé – Interviewing skills – On-site job coaching EASA
