Our Line Officers and Committee Chairs try to chat with as many members as possible at each BRM as well as each Membership Mixer and Fund- Raising event. Send “Welcome Letter” to new members. Send “Thank You Letters” throughout the year for any involvement the member had on a committee, attending an event, attending BRM.

34 Acknowledge any member’s achievement(s) at your BRM; i.e. Designations, Community Involvement, Awards, Elected Offices (local board or committee, State board or committee, National board or committee, City or County, etc.) Spotlight the member’s achievement on your Chapter Facebook Page Spotlight the member’s achievement in your Quarterly or Monthly Newsletter.
