OVERVIEW OF e FLOW eFLOW platform modules consists of the: Controller, Designer and Statistics. The Module Activator is used to run the modules. Through the Module Activator, you operate the Integra’s modules: the Enterprise Portal, Content Recognition, Content Validation, and Content Delivery modules, which comprise the full data-capture process. The number of instances of each module that can be utilized in run time is limited only by the number of relevant licenses, ensuring full system scalability for future needs.
12
Unmanned Stations
13
ENTERPRISE PORTAL FILE Portal Module To supply image files of previously scanned forms to the e Flow system. These image files are those which are decrypted in the Data Centre.
15
FormID receives data from the Enterprise Portals for form identification Automatically identifies a form using Empty Form Images (EFI) which are defined during the design stage FORM ID MODULE COLLECTION ORGANIZER MODULE When the FORMID Module cannot identify the form due to poor scanning resolution or other difficulties the user can manually match a scanned image with the proper Empty Form Image (EFI)

FORM-ID STATION

MANUAL-ID STATION
18
The images undergo image enhancement, form out ( removes the form’s template) FORMOUT sends each field to its designated Virtual Engines for Character recognition PROCESSING / RECOGNITION Character recognition (OCR /ICR/ OMR) is achieved by a sophisticated combination of recognition engines using TiS‘ multiple engine voting (“Virtual Engines”) The benefits of Form removal :- Better recognition results Reduced network traffic Decreased storage space

IMAGE FOR PROCESSING ( DROP OUT AT THE TIME OF SCANNING )
20
PROCESSING Most important station Automatically Recognises as much data possible Automatic recognition is not 100% accurate Inaccurate data requires human intervention OCR/ICR have a positive effect on throughput as long as false positives (characters incorrectly identified) are controlled Use of Virtual recognition Engines with multiple, selectable voting algorithms to increase accuracy and, decrease false positives

PROCESSING STATION
22
The unique TILE module optimize data accuracy with a systemized display of characters grouped together to allow easy identification Possible to identify which characters are correct and which are not and allows to mark as reject. Makes the completion more accurate Maximizes the cognitive abilities of the human eye as a sophisticated recognition engine for quick and efficient prevention of substitutions (False Positives) TILE

TILING STATION
24
COMPLETION STATION The fields not recognized by the ICR will be manually typed by the Completion Station.
25
When the operator is unable to accurately identify a specific data item, the form is sent to the Exception Module/Station The Exception Module handles forms that require a supervisor’s attention and allows the operator to advance to the next form If the exception is raised by the completion station, then the batch will go to the Exception Station for the completion of those fields only which were not understood by the completion station. After This Station, the batch will go to the Merge Station. EXCEPTION \
26
CONTENT DELIVERY – MERGE STATION It is an auto station which will automatically prioritize the remaining batches when the 80% of the batches comes in this station. If the 100% of the batch comes in this station, then it will send the batch in the Export Station.
