3.  “We are right at the 50 jobs completed mark through the A/C Quality installation program. The overwhelming majority of the jobs we have down sized 1/2 to 1 full tons in capacity. We have made it through a couple of “Design Temp” days @ 100 degrees- Not a single call from anyone saying “this thing will just not keep up. Even with the downsizing, the 2 stage equipment is still running 95% of the time in Low Stage.”  “[QI] has helped our company deliver better quality Installations across the board …My customers are extremely happy and have noticed their utility bills come down in addition to less dust in the home..”  [W]e have changed the entire way that we sell and install new and replacement HVAC systems. Whether a system is being replaced under the SCE QI program or it is a job for a customer the does not live in the SCE territory. I think that the program offered by SCE has had some dramatic effects in my local market as well. Customers are now more informed and other companies are talking about load calculations, duct design and better yet pulling the appropriate permits.” 3
