Nanotechnologies and nanomaterials Semiconductor quantum nanostructures: super lattices, structures with quantum pits, wires, and quantum dots, photonic crystals, structures with nanotubes, nanoscrolls, nanospirals and nanoporous layers. Magnetic nanomaterials and structures. Carbon nanomaterials: fullerenes, carbon nanotubes, detonation nanodiamonds, nanoporous carbon, nanodiamond films.
