Primarily DEC runs two shifts, and can flex to three shifts upon volume requirements.

In addition, we have approximately 2000 parts that are un-cataloged samples, waiting for a request to bring them into full production. DEC‘s strongest area of concentration has been in import applications but our domestic line has grown to become 27% of our business. We have by far more Direct Fit Applications than any of our competitors.

15. 15Page - DEC only builds direct fit catalytic converters. Many of our competitors build “semi-direct” fit converters where cutting and welding is necessary. This misses the boat in our opinion. If the OEM part is built with a resonator, the replacement assembly must include that resonator as the OEM replacement would. (see the example to follow)
