** FOR 2014-15 AYP, our state received a waiver to use our 2013-14 test scores, since Smarter Balanced was in it’s first year. This meant that NO school would move up a step in school improvement ** UNLESS: The testing participation rate was 1%, or the Graduation rate was <85% How did this change for 2014-15? 14
