2 ABOUT YFA 2015 The Indian garment industry buys 12,000 million dollars worth input material such as yarn, fabric, trimmings and embellishments, lining and interlining etc. annually. This is expected to rise to 22,000 million dollars over the next five years. The members of the textile promoting associations such as CITI and apparel promoting associations such as AEPC and CMAI have been exploring new platforms for buying input material. Yarn, Fabric and Accessories Trade Show 2015' is a collective effort towards redefining sourcing for apparel and textile industry. It brings together the seller and buyer under one roof. YFA 2015 will provide all big, medium and small manufacturers, importers and suppliers of Yarns, Fabrics and Accessories a platform to showcase their range of products at such a huge level. The show will provide exhibitors a chance to meet with high quality buyers from New Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Faridabad, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Ludhiana, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Tirupur, Ludhiana, Surat, Panipat, Meerut, Coimbatore, Salem, Karur, Erode, Madurai, Komarapalayam, in India as well as buyers from China, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, USA, Myanmar, UK, Italy, China, Thailand and Middle East from overseas.

7 PARTNER SPONSOR - AVAILABLE Develop a targeted marketing plan aimed at the industry professionals that are important to our sponsors. Develop a complete marketing packet,(brochures, press releases, collateral materials, etc,) that will accompany correspondence and sponsorship proposals. Together, the marketing packet and website will inform and attract potential spectators and sponsors. Develop an on-going media strategy through advertising and press releases to different publications and portals along with some of the main line newspapers and radio stations in the key cities attracting the visitors. Partner with different government bodies and develop strategic marketing alliances to showcase YFA Trade Show 2015 as a premier North India Event.

In the form of a memento, the official YFA Trade Show 2015 Bag will be handed over to every visitor attending the fair. One side of the Visitor Bag shall carry the Brand Logo of the Sponsor’s Brand.

16 PROMOTIONAL GIFTS TO THE VISITORS - AVAILABLE Offer promotional gifts to all visitors of YFA Trade Show 2015, which they can carry back with them. Items such as Pens, Business Card Holders, Planners, Note Pads, T-Shirts, Etc. Sponsor has the choice to get the promotional item made through us or bring his own. In case the sponsor wishes for us to make the promotional gift, additional charges will apply. 8000 Pcs of Promotional gifts should reach us latest by 05th December 2015. Sponsor can opt to offer more then one gift.
