SACSCOC Fifth Year Interim Report Due March 2016 Institutions will be notified about 11 months prior to due date Components: > Signature Attesting to Integrity > Institutional Summary Form > Fifth-Year Compliance Certification (17 Standards) > Follow up Report (if requested by Board of Trustees) > QEP Impact Report The Standards CR 2.8, 2.10, 3.2.8, 3.3.1.1, 3.4.3, 3.4.11, 3.11.3, and 3.13.1 FR 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 4.4, 4.5, 4.6, 4.7/CS 3.10.2, 4.8, and 4.9 Reviewed by Fifth Year Interim Review Committee in June and December yearly. Results of the review conveyed in a letter a month after the Review.

Publication of Accreditation Status Comprehensive Requirement 3.14.1 A member or candidate institution represents its accredited status accurately and publishes the name, address, and telephone number of the Commission in accordance with Commission requirements and federal policy.
