7 Airman Training School

8 Intended audience is C/Amn. through C/SSgt. 2.5 Days Hosted at the group/squadron level. Advanced topics in followership, cadet program and drill.

9 Topics Covered at ATS  Customs and Courtesies  Attitude & Discipline  Uniform Wear  Drill Labs  Drill Terms  Chapter 2-3, Leadership 2000  Guidon  Teamwork Exercise  Drill Competition  NCSA briefing  Uniform  PT

10 Non-Commissioned Officers School

11 Intended audience is C/SSgt through C/CMSgt. 2.5 Days Hosted at the wing level.  Four per year (two north, two south) Prerequisite: BCS or Encampment (ATS is highly recommended)  Prerequisite wavier available by NCOS Commander Introduction to leadership and teaching methods.

13 Senior NCO Academy

14 Intended audience is C/TSgt. Through C/CMSgt. 2.5 Days. Hosted at the wing level.  Once per year Prerequisite: C/SSgt, NCOS, Encampment and formal application procedure. Advanced topics in leadership and drill.

15 Topics Covered at SNCOA  Leadership Exercises  Advanced Drill Lab  Leadership Style/Role-play  Counseling  Intensive Class Presentations  Two-Minute Speeches  Command Voice

16 Cadet Officer Basic Course

17 Intended for Cadet Officers. 9 Days. Hosted at the wing level  Once per year Prerequisite: NCOS (SNCOA is highly recommended) Advanced topics in leadership, management and officership.

19 Wing Cadet Programs support BCS  Provides two copies of the BCS program documentation.  Provides two copies of the BCS student literature (local reproduction required).  Provides student graduation certificates.  Provides student “go home” cards.  Loaning of 4 BCS guidons.

20 Wing Cadet Programs support ATS  Provides two copies of the ATS program documentation.  Provides student graduation certificates.  Provides student “go home” cards.  Loaning of 4 ATS guidons.

21 Advanced Cadet Staff Seminar Designed for Phase IV cadets and Cadet Commanders

22 ACSS Past and Future Past  Seniors and Cadets met to discuss current issues through-out the Wing and cadet program.  Project-based.  Random scheduling. Future  Structured content  Situation-based  Practical applications  Scheduled

23 How do you fit in? Attend as many ILP events as you can. PROMOTE the ILP events to your local units. Positive attitudes are contagious! Staff opportunities. Apply what you learn to help others! Host BCS and ATS. GET INVOLVED!!
