REMEMBER
3
GOD SAYS REMEMBER (Gen 9:15 KJV) And I will remember my covenant, which is between me and you and every living creature of all flesh; and the waters shall no more become a flood to destroy all flesh. (Gen 9:16 KJV) And the bow shall be in the cloud; and I will look upon it, that I may remember the everlasting covenant between God and every living creature of all flesh that is upon the earth. (Exo 13:3 KJV) And Moses said unto the people, Remember this day, in which ye came out from Egypt, out of the house of bondage; for by strength of hand the LORD brought you out from this place: there shall no leavened bread be eaten.
4
GOD SAYS REMEMBER (Exo 20:8 KJV) Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy. (Exo 32:13 KJV) Remember Abraham, Isaac, and Israel, thy servants, to whom thou swarest by thine own self, and saidst unto them, I will multiply your seed as the stars of heaven, and all this land that I have spoken of will I give unto your seed, and they shall inherit it for ever. (Lev 26:42 KJV) Then will I remember my covenant with Jacob, and also my covenant with Isaac, and also my covenant with Abraham will I remember; and I will remember the land.
5
GOD SAYS REMEMBER (Lev 26:45 KJV) But I will for their sakes remember the covenant of their ancestors, whom I brought forth out of the land of Egypt in the sight of the heathen, that I might be their God: I am the LORD. (Num 15:40 KJV) That ye may remember, and do all my commandments, and be holy unto your God. (Deu 5:15 KJV) And remember that thou wast a servant in the land of Egypt, and that the LORD thy God brought thee out thence through a mighty hand and by a stretched out arm: therefore the LORD thy God commanded thee to keep the sabbath day.
6
GOD SAYS REMEMBER (Deu 7:18 KJV) Thou shalt not be afraid of them: but shalt well remember what the LORD thy God did unto Pharaoh, and unto all Egypt; (Deu 8:2 KJV) And thou shalt remember all the way which the LORD thy God led thee these forty years in the wilderness, to humble thee, and to prove thee, to know what was in thine heart, whether thou wouldest keep his commandments, or no. (Deu 8:18 KJV) But thou shalt remember the LORD thy God: for it is he that giveth thee power to get wealth, that he may establish his covenant which he sware unto thy fathers, as it is this day.
7
GOD SAYS REMEMBER (Deu 9:7 KJV) Remember, and forget not, how thou provokedst the LORD thy God to wrath in the wilderness: from the day that thou didst depart out of the land of Egypt, until ye came unto this place, ye have been rebellious against the LORD. (Deu 15:15 KJV) And thou shalt remember that thou wast a bondman in the land of Egypt, and the LORD thy God redeemed thee: therefore I command thee this thing to day. (Deu 16:3 KJV) Thou shalt eat no leavened bread with it; seven days shalt thou eat unleavened bread therewith, even the bread of affliction; for thou camest forth out of the land of Egypt in haste: that thou mayest remember the day when thou camest forth out of the land of Egypt all the days of thy life.
8
GOD SAYS REMEMBER (Deu 16:12 KJV) And thou shalt remember that thou wast a bondman in Egypt: and thou shalt observe and do these statutes. (Deu 24:9 KJV) Remember what the LORD thy God did unto Miriam by the way, after that ye were come forth out of Egypt. (Jos 1:13 KJV) Remember the word which Moses the servant of the LORD commanded you, saying, The LORD your God hath given you rest, and hath given you this land. (Jdg 16:28 KJV) And Samson called unto the LORD, and said, O Lord GOD, remember me, I pray thee, and strengthen me, I pray thee, only this once, O God, that I may be at once avenged of the Philistines for my two eyes.
9
GOD SAYS REMEMBER (Neh 13:29 KJV) Remember them, O my God, because they have defiled the priesthood, and the covenant of the priesthood, and of the Levites. (Psa 20:7 KJV) Some trust in chariots, and some in horses: but we will remember the name of the LORD our God. (Psa 22:27 KJV) All the ends of the world shall remember and turn unto the LORD: and all the kindreds of the nations shall worship before thee. (Psa 25:7 KJV) Remember not the sins of my youth, nor my transgressions: according to thy mercy remember thou me for thy goodness' sake, O LORD.
10
GOD SAYS REMEMBER (Ecc 12:1 KJV) Remember now thy Creator in the days of thy youth, while the evil days come not, nor the years draw nigh, when thou shalt say, I have no pleasure in them; (Isa 43:25 KJV) I, even I, am he that blotteth out thy transgressions for mine own sake, and will not remember thy sins. (Isa 46:9 KJV) Remember the former things of old: for I am God, and there is none else; I am God, and there is none like me, (Jer 14:10 KJV) Thus saith the LORD unto this people, Thus have they loved to wander, they have not refrained their feet, therefore the LORD doth not accept them; he will now remember their iniquity, and visit their sins.
11
GOD SAYS REMEMBER (Jer 31:34 KJV) And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the LORD: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the LORD: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more. (Eze 16:60 KJV) Nevertheless I will remember my covenant with thee in the days of thy youth, and I will establish unto thee an everlasting covenant (Mal 4:4 KJV) Remember ye the law of Moses my servant, which I commanded unto him in Horeb for all Israel, with the statutes and judgments.
12
GOD SAYS REMEMBER (Luk 16:25 KJV) But Abraham said, Son, remember that thou in thy lifetime receivedst thy good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things: but now he is comforted, and thou art tormented. (Luk 17:32 KJV) Remember Lot's wife. (Joh 15:20 KJV) Remember the word that I said unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord. If they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you; if they have kept my saying, they will keep yours also. (Act 20:35 KJV) I have shewed you all things, how that so labouring ye ought to support the weak, and to remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how he said, It is more blessed to give than to receive
13
GOD SAYS REMEMBER (2Ti 2:8 KJV) Remember that Jesus Christ of the seed of David was raised from the dead according to my gospel: (Heb 8:12 KJV) For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their iniquities will I remember no more.
14
GOD SAYS REMEMBER God wants us to remember all his words, if we remember them we will live a happy life. Isa 59:1 Behold, the LORD's hand is not shortened, that it cannot save, or his ear dull, that it cannot hear; 2 but your iniquities have made a separation between you and your God, and your sins have hidden his face from you so that he does not hear.
15
GOD SAYS REMEMBER (Isa 55:7 ESV)let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts; let him return to the LORD, that he may have compassion on him, and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon.8 For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, declares the LORD.9 For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts.10 "For as the rain and the snow come down from heaven and do not return there but water the earth, making it bring forth and sprout, giving seed to the sower and bread to the eater,11 so shall my word be that goes out from my mouth; it shall not return to me empty, but it shall accomplish that which I purpose, and shall succeed in the thing for which I sent it.
16
GOD SAYS REMEMBER (Eze 33:17 "Yet your people say, 'The way of the Lord is not just,' when it is their own way that is not just.18 When the righteous turns from his righteousness and does injustice, he shall die for it.19 And when the wicked turns from his wickedness and does what is just and right, he shall live by this.20 Yet you say, 'The way of the Lord is not just.' O house of Israel, I will judge each of you according to his ways. ESV
17
GOD SAYS REMEMBER (Mat 7:13 "Enter by the narrow gate. For the gate is wide and the way is easy that leads to destruction, and those who enter by it are many.14 For the gate is narrow and the way is hard that leads to life, and those who find it are few. ESV
