17 ANPR  SAIA provided funding for 5 installations at border post or on major roads to border posts  The Hawks Priority Crime Centre has been trained and constant training takes place  The SPAR South Rand roaming vehicle is in operation  A HCI Foundation sponsored roaming vehicle is in operation in Mpumalanga  An additional 11 self funded roaming vehicles are in operation  Funding for a further 3 SPAR shopping centres have been secured Implementation will be completed by June 2011  2 tracking companies are sponsoring implementations at toll plazas
