Social Media Benefits Enhance peer-to-peer learning, mentoring and advising programs on campus. Provide a platform for student leadership activities and opportunities (K Crew, etc.) More easily facilitate building communities of practice and communities of scholars within and between departments and colleges. Get faculty involved in online campus social life, faculty mentoring, provide communities of practice around web 2.0 tool adoption.
