2. Our School Entrance...and it allows parking for several cars The entrance is very large...

3. Our courtyard We get up early and go to school at 8.00. We have one break for 15 minutes at 10:50 and we go back home at 2:00 p.m.! The courtyard is where we go during play time and break time.

4. How we get to school ? Every day our parents take us to school by car or school bus. Some of us live near school so we walk.

5. Information about school We have taken photos of our school to show you our surroundings. Our school is in San Gregorio, on the outskirts of Catania. We are a catholic school In our gym we have basketball nets, volleyball net, basketball lines, balls and sport kits… Some of us also play instruments like piano, flute, guitar and violin.

7. Our Class Displays We put up displays to show everyone what we have been learning about.

8. ICT Room We all have a computer each This is our Computer room It is not very big but there is enough space. We learn how to write in Word, create Powerpoint presentations and use the Internet.

9. View from our Windows It is Autumn here in Catania.. It is still hot and sunny here! From our windows we can see the courtyard or a panoramic view of Catania and the beautiful sea. On the opposite side, the great Volcano Etna!

10. We try to make our school a happy school. We have one big courtyard and one gym. The school is made of bricks and concrete. There are 9 pre-primary classes, 18 primary classes and 9 classes of secondary school – first level. All classes have an interactive white board. Our classes have lovely displays. We are also learning musical instruments. We enjoy playing during our breaks, and we often go outside in the courtyard, if the weather is good!
