7 Department Communications Contact Faculty going forward with promotions at least 6 months in advance Attend Coordinator meetings and interface with other members of the Department Coordinator community Ensure that all Departmental Users have access to the latest STAR Reference Guide

8 Advanced STAR Functions Importing data – Publications – Presentations – Teaching Effectiveness (One45) for some departments Bulk data edit – fast way to change data Data standardization – NO ‘Other please specify’

9 Support and Change Management Encourage users to seek the answers through the online help or the reference guide(s) Work with users to identify/correct simple STAR problems Escalation of problems or questions not easily resolved

10 Support and Change Management Gather information to be sent to Third Level Support (Derrick/Paul and Acuity) Monthly Update Form Adoption of new features – ‘spread the word’
