Also out of the construction units available in the NCR, Faridabad has the lowest share of construction units- 5%. So a greater number of housing units can be launched in Faridabad owing to the spurt in the growth of industry in the city and the improvement in infrastructure. The expressway once completed would link areas of Kundli, Manesar, Palwal with Gurgaon, Faridabad, NOIDA & Ghaziabad. The improved connectivity of Faridabad would result in appreciation of the property prices. Planned extension of Delhi Metro to South Delhi is also expected to increase the marketability of Faridabad.
