Affixes Definition: Types of Affixes:
a ‘part’ that is added to words, either at the beginning or at the end of the word, that changes/affects the meaning of the word Types of Affixes: prefix = added to beginning of word EX: im + possible impossible = not possible suffix = added to ending of word EX: pass + ed passed = to have already gone past someone/something
