Public transport Public transport is arranged by a private company: HEAG mobilo There are tram and bus lines which connect all quarters of Darmstadt Trams run every 15 minutes

Public transport Ticket prices are arround 1-2€, depending on price zone In accord with the local schools and the local Government, HEAG finances a year-ticket for all pupils who need to come by tram.

Bicycles 15% of Darmstadt´s roadusers are cyclers There are 137 km of bicycle paths all over the city Parkhouse for bikes at the central station

St. Ludwig-Church It ‘ s the main Catholic church in Darmstadt It was built for the holy Louis IX of France FIRST CATHOLIC CHURCH SINCE THE REFORMATION

The Ludwig ‘ s monument It is a building for the first grand duke in Hessen, he ’ s called Ludwig I. It is 39,15 m high THE CITIZENS CALL IT “ LANGER LUI ”
