Situation of youth Many of them are enrolled in higher education (BA, MA), but finding a proper job is very difficult - there is a huge gap between the educational possibilities and the needs of the labour market The relationships between the different ethnical groups need improvement – mutual acceptance and respect need more emphasis also the promotion of multiculturality
